Down East Coffee ships its extraordinary coffee prepaid
anywhere Canada Post delivers. You pay the actual shipping costs only – no
handling, no administration fees. Rush orders can be arranged by phone or
email and sent Xpress Post or Priority Courier.
We guarantee that coffee sent will be impeccably fresh, properly roasted, and
well packaged. Canada Post guarantees delivery times.
If you are not happy with your coffee, it must be returned well packaged and
pre-paid within 30 days of purchase. A signed note giving the reason for the
return should be included. Upon receipt, a credit will be posted to your
account for future use and a confirmation sent. You may wish, however, to
contact us beforehand. Please view our Contact page for the many ways you can
reach us.
Our dedication to excellence in all we do have resulted in practically no
returns since our roasting house’s opening in 1996.
